The Christ Lutheran German Christmas Market is BACK!!!!
The Christmas Market is ONE DAY ONLY again this year
Saturday 10 December 2022 from 11 A.M. - 6 P.M.
We will be going back to indoor and outdoor spaces this year - HOWEVER spaces inside will be very limited and reserved for those with medical concerns - there will be NO spaces in the sanctuary. The bulk of vendor spots will be OUTSIDE on our paved parking lot like last year.
All accepted vendors will need to provide their own setup and highly encouraged to be as festive as possible. If you will be requiring electricity, you will need provide your own generator as we will not be able to provide electricity to everyone in the parking lot. There will be the parking lot lights but the bulk of the event will be during daylight hours so this shouldn't be a problem.
We want to ensure that everyone is still safe. All applicants and/or accepted vendors will be notified of any additional adjustments that might need to be made.

All digital applications must be received on or before September 5, 2022. If you would like a hard copy of the application please email [email protected] .

All mailed applications must be postmarked on or before August 25, 2022 to be considered. Christ Lutheran Church is not responsible for mailed applications that may become lost in the mail.

To be considered as a vendor, you must be selling HANDMADE items. We do not accept mass marketed products, consultations, or orders.
Please note that application does not automatically guarantee a spot at the market. A committee will review each application to ensure that your application fits the guidelines for the event. If you are selected you will be notified with space location. If you are NOT selected, you will receive an email with our apologies.

We ask that you please let us know if you will be accepting credit cards so we can inform the public.

Liability Release In exchange for participation in the Christmas Market of Christ Lutheran Church (2425 Kirkwood Rd. Clarksville, TN 37043) and/or use of the property, facilities and services of Christ Lutheran Church, I agree to the following: I agree to observe and obey the printed Conditions, Rules, and Requirements of this market, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Christ Lutheran Church. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the Christmas Market, and I assume full responsibility for personal injury, any property damage, loss, or theft, and further release and discharge Christ Lutheran for such matters stated previously, whether it be caused by participants, visitors, or any third party. I agree to indemnify and defend Christ Lutheran against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, cost of expense, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my involvement in the Christmas Market at Christ Lutheran Church.
