The Application Window to be a Vendor at the 2022 Christmas Market has CLOSED
Thank your interest in being a vendor at Christ Lutheran's German Christmas Market. We welcome you!

Because COVID-19 is still a concern for vulnerable populations we are continuing many of our precautions from last year:
1) One Day Only - 10 December 2022 from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M.
2) We will have very limited spaces indoors - we ask that those be reserved for those with medical related conditions/concerns - The bulk of the spots will be OUTSIDE on our paved parking. We will NOT have a communal tent.
3) All accepted vendors will need to provide their own setup. If you will be requiring electricity, you will need to provide your own generator.
We do highly encourage everyone to decorate their space for the festivities! We love Christmas!!!!
*Further adjustments may be made as we get closer to the event depending on the state of the pandemic. All applicants and/or accepted vendors will be notified of any additional adjustments to the event if/when they are decided upon.
Christ Lutheran expects the vendors to fulfill the following:
Provide a high quality HANDMADE product and conduct business with a high degree of professionalism.
Provide the necessary equipment to display their wares (tables, decorations, etc.) that will fit within their designated area, and which will not interfere with other vendors or the traffic spaces of market.
The vendor is solely responsible for the security of their wares, money, or any personal belongings. The church also does not take responsibility for any damage or theft with regards to their vehicle. Parking will be assigned by the church on the day of the market.
Christ Lutheran reserves the right to decline your application if the church feels that your merchandise doesn’t fit the standards or situation of this event.
Vendor Fee: The church would appreciate a donation if the event was beneficial to the vendor. We hope that it will be a great success.
All digital applications must be received on or before September 5, 2022. If you have any questions or concerns please email [email protected] .
All mailed applications must be postmarked on or before August 25, 2022 to be considered. Christ Lutheran Church is not responsible for mailed applications that may become lost in the mail.
Please also indicate if you will be accepting credit card payments. We will not have an ATM onsite.
